What Happens If You Need to Cancel?

• If you cancel at least 4 weeks prior to the start date of the program, you will receive a refund minus a 15% cancellation fee. Due to needing to staff classes appropriately and purchase supplies, no refund is given if you cancel within 4 weeks of the start date.

• There are no refunds given for illness or undesirable weather.

 

What Happen If Natural Discovery Needs to Cancel?

If, for whatever reason, we have to cancel the program prior to the start date, you will be given a choice between the following options:

• Enroll your child in another available comparable program, or

• Receive full credit for up to 18 months after the original program start date, or

• You may receive a full refund minus a 15% non-refundable deposit.
